Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary MuleSoft Architect to lead enterprise integration strategy and serve as the primary architect for our digital ecosystem. This role will drive the connectivity roadmap, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and various internal/external platforms.
You will design scalable, API-led architectures and own the full lifecycle of integration initiatives, establishing governance, security, and performance standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and define enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Design API-led connectivity (Experience, Process, System layers)
- Mentor engineering teams and enforce best practices in development and design
- Manage integrations across hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem systems)
- Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establish security frameworks, governance models, and error-handling strategies
- Drive performance optimization, monitoring, and system reliability
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from design to production deployment
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations
- Hands-on experience with:
- DataWeave
- RAML
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certifications (Architect/Developer)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
