Summary

Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: King of Prussia PA (Onsite only locals no Relocation)
Visa: Any (NO OPT and CPT)
Years of experience: 12-15 Years of overall experience.
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the detailed project plan and cross-functional dependencies tracker in collaboration with the Product Manager and Product Owner.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine product scope, gather requirements, and drive alignment with business.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to define instance strategy and ensure successful releases by aligning environments with testing, deployment, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely updates to the RAID log by partnering with the PMO to track and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring tasks, user stories, and progress tracking are up-to-date and effectively utilized by all IT teams.
  • Lead and oversee the QA testing process, ensuring proper execution of test cases, identification of defects, and coordination of resolution efforts for testing phases.
  • Address bugs identified during UAT by working with dev teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Provide regular communication to stakeholders, including status reports, progress updates, risk summaries, and resolution timelines.
  • Manage go-live activities, including preparation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, in collaboration with the Release Manager, Tech Lead, and TDM.
  • Support Hypercare activities by ensuring timely resolution of IT open items, and providing clear, regular communication on the status of open items.
  • Ensure all project artifacts, including deliverables, approvals, and sign-offs, are filed and maintained per the established governance framework and TIcompliance requirements.
