Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead enterprise network migration and integration projects, transitioning acquired companies' WAN, LAN, campus, and remote-site connectivity into the parent organization's standardized Cisco SD-WAN infrastructure.

The role requires strong Cisco networking expertise, hands-on migration experience, and the ability to lead field engineers and technicians during network deployments and site cutovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess existing network infrastructure, including circuits, carriers, firewalls, wireless, and IP addressing.

  • Design and implement Cisco SD-WAN architecture and interim VPN connectivity.

  • Plan network migrations, resolve overlapping IP addressing, and manage multi-site cutovers.

  • Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, and network infrastructure.

  • Manage BGP, OSPF, Cisco IOS, and IOS-XE environments.

  • Lead migration from existing Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Meraki infrastructure.

  • Implement network segmentation, security controls, Cisco ISE, and 802.1X.

  • Deliver Azure network connectivity and cloud integration.

  • Lead on-site engineers and field technicians during deployments.

  • Use Python and Ansible for network automation.

  • Travel to locations for infrastructure migrations and critical cutovers.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

  • Strong Cisco IOS/IOS-XE and Cisco SD-WAN expertise.

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise network migrations.

  • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, WAN, and LAN.

  • Experience with Cisco ISE and 802.1X.

  • Azure networking and cloud connectivity.

  • Python and Ansible automation.

  • Experience leading field engineers and managing site cutovers.

  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills

  • CCNP certification.

  • AWS networking.

  • Enterprise wireless design and site surveys.

  • Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Meraki experience.
