Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) consultant.
Mandatory skills
MQ1 - Must each have a minimum of two years of experience providing Senior Technical Lead (STL) services to a California State Department performing at minimum, one or more of the following tasks: Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Technical expertise and database management
- Data management and visualization
- Project management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking
- Attending regular project meetings and openly communicating to inform status, provide recommendations and discuss next steps and actions needed to perform tasks.
- Developing, presenting and timely completing Project Tasks/Deliverables
- Working collaboratively with IT staff
- Supporting knowledge transfer
MQ2 - Must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience in the last 10 years working providing Senior Technical Lead (STL) consultative services to federal, state, local or public agencies; not listed under MQ#1 (in other words, qualifying experience under MQ #1 cannot be used for qualifying experience for MQ #2).
MQ3 - Must possess a bachelor s degree which can be verified by the State during evaluation of the proposals. Must submit unofficial school transcript(s) which document degree requirements have been met.
DQ1 Must possess more than two years of demonstrated experience performing contracted STL services to one or more California State Agency(ies), Office(s) or Department(s).
DQ2 - Must have experience working with newly created State Agency(ies), Office(s) and/or Department(s) in any staff capacity. Newly created refers to an agency, office or Department which was less than five years old when the proposed staff was in place.
A. Platform Optimization:
1. System Configuration:
a. Analyze and optimize the current configuration of the Cornerstone OnDemand platform to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
b. Customize modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, including Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Human Resources modules.
2. User Experience Enhancement:
a. Improve user interface and experience for all employees.
b. Develop and implement user-friendly workflows and processes.
B. Data Management and Reporting:
1. Data Integrity:
a. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Cornerstone system.
b. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
2. Reporting and Analytics:
a. Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
b. Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies.
C. Training and Support:
1. End-User Training:
a. Conduct training sessions for employees to maximize platform adoption and utilization.
b. Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals and video tutorials.
2. Customized Training:
a. As requested by Energy Safety, develop custom Cornerstone Learning Management System training, training resources, or other educational tools.
b. Deliver customized training to Energy Safety staff on an as scheduled or as requested basis.
3. Technical Support:
a. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for users.
b. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Cornerstone-related queries and issues.
D. Compliance and Security:
1. Regulatory Compliance:
a. Ensure that the Cornerstone system complies with regulatory requirements.
b. Implement and monitor applicable training programs.
2. Security Management:
a. Maintain the security of the system by managing user permissions and access controls.
b. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
E. Continuous Improvement:
1. Feedback and Enhancement:
a. Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
b. Implement enhancements and new features to continuously improve the system s functionality and user satisfaction.
2. Stay Current with Updates:
a. Stay up to date with Cornerstone s updates and new features.
b. Evaluate and implement new functionalities that align with the organization s strategic objectives.
