Project Manager – AI/Technology Labs
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-related projects. This role combines technology project management with strategic agility to support initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI and Generative AI, and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and Execution- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent AI/technology projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project interdependencies and coordinate deliverables across technology and business teams.
Stakeholder and Communication Management- Facilitate project meetings, prepare executive updates, and deliver clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate complex AI and technology concepts into business-relevant terms for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Governance and Risk Management- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
- Support documentation and operational readiness for AI tools at all stages of the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation- Promote adoption of best practices in agile project management and iterative delivery.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Continuously assess opportunities to enhance delivery processes and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications- 8–10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within highly regulated environments.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving emerging technologies, data platforms, AI/ML, or technology architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint).
- Ability to communicate technical AI concepts in a business context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentation to senior stakeholders.
- High intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
