Program Manager for ServiceNow SPM enhancement

Drive ServiceNow SPM Module Enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment
Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain program’s RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery
Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders as well as ownership of key working group meetings
Indirect oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers
Experience managing Service Now SPM and PMO standup and programs strongly preferred
Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving
