The Software Engineer 3 will participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives across multiple domains, using strong full-stack engineering capabilities across .NET and React. This role includes designing, developing, testing, securing, and maintaining applications within enterprise environments. The engineer will work closely with peers, stakeholders, and managers to resolve moderately complex issues, ensure compliance with risk management, and support Agile software delivery. Responsibilities also include ADA-related UI development, API development, testing, code reviews, and providing consultation within supported application areas.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in complex initiatives within assigned domains
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and application consultation
Review user needs, translate requirements, and develop technical solutions
Design, code, test, debug, and document .NET and React programs using Agile practices
Build and maintain REST APIs, SOAP integrations, OAuth/JWT authentication flows
Create test data, conduct unit testing and interface testing
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and ADA requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and achieve delivery goals
Conduct research, recommend improvements, and optimize processes
Mentor and assist peers in advanced software development tasks
Participate in planning sessions, daily standups, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies
