A senior ServiceNow SIR consultant/implementation specialist with demonstrated expertise delivering multiple end-to-end SIR implementations and the ability to independently lead technical implementation activities.

Job Description – ServiceNow Security Incident Response Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Specialist to support the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Security Incident Response module.

Key Requirements:

• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) certification, verifiable through the ServiceNow Certification Portal.
• Proven experience implementing the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module.
• Minimum five (5) successful ServiceNow SIR implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow security incident management, workflows, configuration, integrations, and best practices.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow SIR solutions.
• Experience with implementation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
