Description: Role SummaryThe client is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, CRM platforms, IVR technologies, and external system integrations. The role focuses on high-volume enterprise environments requiring secure, scalable integrations between cloud services, customer-facing systems, backend platforms, and tolling-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, middleware, APIs, and cloud-hosted services.
- Lead development of complex integrations involving CRM platforms, Azure services, IVR systems, SAP environments, and external systems.
- Design and implement integrations with payment systems, backend databases, traffic management systems, and other third-party platforms.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, custom middleware, Azure Functions, and reusable integration frameworks.
- Analyze integration models and recommend solutions for high-volume transaction processing.
- Implement data mapping, JSON/XML transformations, validation processes, and secure API standards.
- Optimize IVR solutions to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, test plans, impact analyses, and implementation artifacts.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as a Developer or Integration Developer working with Azure cloud solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Government and Commercial Cloud offerings including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience integrating external systems within tolling or similar transaction-intensive environments.
- Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET 8+/supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, middleware services, and Azure Functions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus, queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
- Experience working with IVR systems and CRM integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience with tolling solutions, toll collection platforms, or transportation technology environments.
- 10+ years developing enterprise integrations involving SAP, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience within high-volume enterprise organizations handling large-scale integrations.
- Knowledge of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
