STIBO (STEP)MDM Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled STIBO STEP MDM Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution.

Skills and Requirements:

·       Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.

·       12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.

·       Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.

·       Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions

·       Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.

·       Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.

·       Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices.

·       Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules.

·       Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration.

·       Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.

·       Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals.
