Bill Rate: $73/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python that support the shopping cart and checkout functionalities.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js.
• Work with cloud platforms, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a productive, autonomous working environment.
• Participate in integrating databases, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks as needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-driven advancements, to enhance product capabilities.
• Coordinate in-person collaboration at the Chicago location twice per week.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing full stack applications with a focus on backend Python and Vue.js frontend.
• Familiarity with cloud platform services, especially Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in a professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, particularly Jenkins.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress.
• Exposure to AI technologies or innovative, tech-driven projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with in-office presence twice weekly at the Chicago site.
