Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. You will analyze and resolve complex workflow automation challenges, contributing to the configuration, development, and enhancement of Pega-based enterprise solutions. This role focuses on enabling scalable, governed workflow capabilities that support enterprise modernization and business process automation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Pega applications using App Studio and Dev Studio
- Design and implement case types, workflows, data models, UI components, and business rules
- Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready Pega solutions
- Support testing, debugging, and defect remediation across development cycles
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Enhance existing Pega workflows and optimize process automation capabilities
- Support integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and change management processes
- Participate in Agile delivery activities and workflow modernization initiatives
