Lead Data Engineer / Data Architect (Innovation & POC Lead)

Role Purpose
Serve as the onsite Data Engineering and Architecture lead, driving technology innovation, evaluation, and adoption across the enterprise data landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the onsite SME for Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot initiatives for new technologies, features, and platform capabilities.
Stay current with emerging trends, product roadmaps, and enhancements in the data ecosystem.
Evaluate and recommend new solutions that improve scalability, performance, and business value.
Provide strategic architecture guidance and technology recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
Strong expertise in Snowflake, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.
Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions.
Proven ability to independently drive technical discovery, evaluations, and POCs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Pilot implementations
Feature evaluations
Architecture advisory and strategic recommendations
