Job Title: Kinaxis Functional Consultant
Location: US (Remote / Hybrid as applicable) / Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Functional Consultant to support a US-based client on supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support functional design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response modules
Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document supply chain planning requirements
Configure planning models, alerts, dashboards, and key performance metrics
Support integration between Kinaxis and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data sources, etc.)
Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution
Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications

Strong functional experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
Hands-on experience in supply chain planning areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OP
Experience working on end-to-end Kinaxis implementations or major enhancements
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working with US-based clients and business teams
Preferred Qualifications

Kinaxis Certification (added advantage)
Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
Exposure to data integration concepts and reporting
Work Authorization
