Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in data analysis and SQL-based data mining.
Proficiency in workflow and business process modeling using Microsoft Visio.
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system modernization initiatives.
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and MS Project for task tracking.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power BI.
Experience in NIST 800-53 security standards, HIPAA compliance, and data classification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and document business and technical requirements for financial and administrative systems.
Create future-state workflow diagrams to streamline organizational processes and system logic.
Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct system validation to track software defects.
Perform gap analysis between current and future state architectures for system migrations.
Manage project documentation including schedules, work breakdown structures, and lessons learned.
Generate performance reports and technical dashboards to monitor project progress and milestones.
Maintain system protocols by drafting and updating technical procedures and risk management strategies.
