About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide critical analytical and financial support to business leaders across Pace. This role serves as a trusted advisor-helping drive growth, evaluating performance, and supporting both operational and corporate functions with data-driven insights.

Compensation: 80-120k annually

What You'll Do

  • Develop budgets and forecasts that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze results and variances to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Communicate operating performance and insights to business leaders.
  • Deliver financial training to enhance financial acumen across the organization.
  • Prepare materials for monthly board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Research market trends and industry developments to inform long-range planning and business development.
  • Build financial models that connect strategy to financial outcomes.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and complete post-project analyses to measure ROIC and target achievement.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial consultation to operations teams to improve ROI and financial performance.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver exceptional internal customer service.
  • Promote Pace Analytical's mission through professional, courteous, and collaborative behavior.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis principles, budgeting, and accounting practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulations
  • Experience with data sampling, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
  • Excellent command of business English, including grammar and communication skills
