JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking experienced SAP Service Management Consultants with strong expertise in the SAP Service Management Suite and Public Cloud environments.
The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on configuration experience, the ability to configure enterprise structures and site-specific requirements, and a strong consulting background. Candidates should be capable of working independently with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP Service Management solutions in public cloud environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform configuration of the enterprise structure and required manual configuration for individual sites.

Design, configure, and support SAP Service Management solutions.

Provide hands-on expertise in the SAP Service Management Suite.

Configure SAP Service Management functionality according to business and operational requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Support SAP Service Management implementations within Public Cloud environments.

Perform solution analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

Provide expert consulting guidance on SAP Service Management processes and configurations.
-
Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and architecture teams.

Identify configuration gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
-
Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Prepare technical and functional documentation for configured solutions.
-
Work independently in a remote consulting environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Service Management.

SAP Service Management Suite specialization is mandatory.

Strong experience with SAP Public Cloud.

Hands-on experience configuring enterprise structures and site-specific requirements.

Strong consulting and solution-design capabilities.

Ability to independently perform SAP configuration activities.
