Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience delivering enterprise applications for State of California/Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering business requirements, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience with State of California/Public Sector projects
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Gap Analysis, and Process Mapping
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, UAT, and Change Management
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Cloud-based enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Data Analysis, SQL, API Integrations, or Reporting tools
- CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certification is a plus
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
