Job Title: QA Manager

Location: Onsite – East Brunswick, New Jersey

Type: Long Term Contract / Fulltime

Job Description:

·         10+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a hands-on QA lead or manager role.

·         Proven experiencein  mentoring and growing a QA team.

·         Strong experience with manual and automated API, UI, and database testing.

·         Proficiency in Python and Pytest.

·         Experience with Playwright for UI automation.

·         Working knowledge of SQL (Spark SQL a plus).

·         Experience with data validation or ETL/pipeline testing, including writing SQL-based reconciliation and data quality checks.

·         Experience testing in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

·         Experience with a test management tool (Qase preferred).

·         Experience working in an agile environment.

·         Strong process discipline and project management skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service mindset toward business users.
