Software Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Software Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to develop and maintain scalable software solutions. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical design and implementation. This role is ideal for engineers who can independently own modules or features and help improve system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Implement new features and improve existing functionalities.

• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration.

System Design & Architecture

• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews.

• Contribute to improving software architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production systems.

Testing & Quality

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix defects.

• Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with the team.

• Mentor junior developers when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in software development.

• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) – optional if backend-focused.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of design patterns and data structures.
