Position Overview:
Atash Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office and operational functions. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will provide front-desk, recruitment, and operational support while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting and directing visitors with professionalism and discretion
-Manage multi-line phone systems, route calls efficiently, and respond to inquiries via phone and email
-Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accurate employee, recruitment, and compliance records
-Support recruitment efforts by organizing applicant data, scheduling interviews, and maintaining onboarding documentation
-Access multiple client portals for job postings and submit candidates to positions
-Assist operations by maintaining safety logs, access records, and monitoring documentation to support facility security and compliance
-Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; proofread documents for accuracy
-Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for scheduling, reporting, and internal communication
-Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for team members and leadership
-Support general office operations, including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining professional workspaces
Qualifications:
-Experience in administrative, clerical, or front-desk roles in a fast-paced environment
-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-Excellent communication, customer service, and phone etiquette
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
-Experience handling confidential information with discretion
