Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in robotic process automation, workflow development, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong RPA development experience.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

• Strong knowledge of process automation, workflow design, and business process analysis.

• Experience with developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation bots.

• Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and API integrations.

• Experience with exception handling, debugging, and bot performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Python, C#, or VB.NET is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business teams.

• Knowledge of RPA best practices, documentation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.

• Develop reusable automation components and reliable bots.

• Integrate automation solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot bot failures and resolve production issues.

• Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.

• Follow automation standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-level automation projects.

• Knowledge of intelligent automation, OCR, document processing, or AI-powered automation.

• Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
