Primary Skill : Android Mobile Dev with Kotlin, React Native, UI Development
- The Senior Android Developer will design, build, and ship production-grade Android capabilities for an enterprise-scale consumer banking app.
- The role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, focused on modern modular Android architecture, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, and production support across a regulated mobile environment.
- Own app performance across cold start, jank/frame time, memory, and APK or bundle size against measurable targets.
- Build and maintain automated test suites, including unit tests, UI/Espresso tests, Compose UI tests, screenshot tests, and regression coverage.
- Deploy through CI/CD pipelines with staged rollouts, feature flags, and crash/ANR monitoring. Instrument the app for observability through analytics, tracing, crash reporting, dashboards, alerts, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in design and architecture reviews where technical decisions affect downstream feature teams.
- Debug complex Android issues, including lifecycle edge cases, memory leaks, threading/concurrency defects, and device fragmentation problems.
- Own the vertical from design decision to shipped artifact and leave the codebase cleaner, more documented, and easier for the permanent team to operate.
