Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements, technical requirements, and system interactions across impacted applications, components, and subsystems.
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support scalable full stack applications using Angular, Java, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Lead development efforts for assigned projects, including solution design, task assignment, code reviews, technical guidance, and delivery coordination.
- Build responsive, maintainable front-end applications using Angular 16+, TypeScript, RxJS, component-based design, and modern UI development practices.
- Develop secure and performant backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot or comparable Java frameworks, RESTful APIs, and enterprise service patterns.
- Apply AI-assisted development practices to accelerate software delivery, including code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, debugging, and developer workflow optimization.
- Evaluate and apply AI-driven engineering tools responsibly while ensuring security, compliance, maintainability, and code quality standards are met.
- Partner with architecture, product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Recommend new technologies, frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery, quality, automation, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and remediation of complex application issues.
- Review system specifications, technical designs, code, test results, and implementation plans.
- Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to reduce rework, production defects, and schedule slippage.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, secure coding, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
