Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements; create process flows and UI mockups.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design solutions.
- Develop datasets using T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Design and build reports/dashboards using Power BI/SSRS.
- Prepare and execute test plans and perform code reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize reporting processes.
- Ensure data security and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor s degree.
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, and SQL Server/Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau and ETL/OLAP concepts.
- Experience in writing BRDs, functional specs, and use cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Banking domain experience (Commercial & Consumer Loans).
