Job Overview:

Pay Range: $95/hr - $100/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of strong PCLA Insurance domain knowledge in North America, India, Asia Pacific, and UK market.
• Experience in ICD ICM.
• Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools such as Rational Rose and Together J.
• Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines.
• Design and development experience with object-oriented programming in JAVA technology stack.
• Experience in both high-level and low-level design.
• Experience conducting requirements sessions to understand customers' business processes.
• Ability to understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience leading a team of software specialists and engineers for the creation and implementation of solution architecture for a product or application.
• Experience in any database with a clear understanding of RDBMS concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Design solutions for the project that enable the customer to meet their process and business goals.
• Lead the requirement sessions with the client.
• Develop solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise.
• Enable the customer to fulfill the stated project objectives.
• Lead the solution of the product implementation.
• Support execution of the project from both solution and technology perspectives.
• Prepare and review estimations.
• Support presales activities.
• Support quality control.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in performance tuning of product or application.
• Exposure to design frameworks.
• Exposure to automation tools.

Skills:

• Understanding of the principles of accounting, commerce, or finance.
• Good communication skills to work closely with customers.
• Ability to manage a team of 10-12 resources.
• Willingness to travel onsite for 2-3 months duration.
• Experience in estimation methodologies.
