Summary

Site Reliability Engineer

Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA

6 Months Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Incident management and priority management
• Managing and reviewing the changes which are going in for the application.
• Working closely with the Change the Bank team
• There will be both planned and unplanned work for this role. This person should be familiar with basic Agile methodologies as we do sprint planning every month.
• Should have familiarity with ServiceNow with incident management and general site reliability engineering work streams

Must Have Skills:
• Agile • ServiceNow Familiarity • Incident management experience • Monitoring Tools - Dynatrace • Mongo DB

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • N/A

Soft Skills: • Individual contributor

Education/Certifications: • Bachelor or undergraduate • Will look at 5-6 years of experience in lieu of education
