Job Description
We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist (Technical) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical product operations, SQL-driven analysis, dashboarding, and AI-assisted workflows and a proven ability to drive program execution, improve product quality, and deliver programmatic automation at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives, acceleration of execution, and quality improvements through programmatic and technical solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, including CTEs and window functions, to collect, transform, and analyze product data and surface trends and insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Unidash and Google Sheets to communicate findings and support real-time decisions.
- Leverage AI agents and tooling to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
- Identify program risks proactively, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform general program management, anticipate roadblocks through data analysis, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute plans with technical rigor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with focus on technical product operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, and data transformations.
- Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate work and iterate effectively.
- Expert-level Google Workspace skills, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and clear documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Self-starter who operates independently and drives projects forward.
- Adaptability to learn new tools, technologies, and domains quickly.
- Strong critical thinking with a record of data-driven problem solving.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
- Low-code/no-code or AI-assisted coding experience.
- Dashboarding and data visualization experience with Unidash, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, or data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on technical specifications and requirements.
- Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
- Experience designing and executing manual and automated test strategies.
