What You?ll Be Doing

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
• Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and proactively recommend corrective actions.
• Install, align, and maintain mechanical components such as motors, bearings, conveyors, and pumps.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and accurately document work performed.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Capability to work safely with tools, machinery, and industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
