Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Program/Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle EBS-to-Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. The individual will work closely with the client PMO, Partner SI team, business stakeholders and global technical/functional teams to manage cross-track delivery, dependencies, risks, milestones and overall execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day program/project management across assigned Oracle Fusion workstreams.
- Coordinate activities across Client, Partner and partner teams.
- Maintain integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between Functional, Technical, OIC, EPM and QA teams.
- Manage RAID logs, action items and escalation mechanisms.
- Track Prototype 1, Prototype 2, SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare readiness.
- Coordinate environment, access, integration, testing and business dependencies.
- Monitor staffing capacity and identify delivery/resource gaps proactively.
- Lead weekly program reviews and prepare steering committee updates.
- Coordinate change control, scope management and milestone governance.
- Ensure appropriate entry/exit criteria are defined for testing phases.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare governance.
- Work with Partner while maintaining clear accountability for activities owned by Client/partner teams.
The importance of cross-team delivery is particularly high because Partner remains involved in build/test, while Client owns activities including third-party integration coordination, QA, Prototype 2, SIT, UAT, reporting and customizations.
Required Skills
- Large Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation experience.
- Strong Oracle ERP/Fusion program management background.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, integrations, data migration and testing programs.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong executive/stakeholder communication.
- RAID, dependency and milestone management.
- Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery methodology.
- Jira project management and delivery tracking; Confluence or equivalent documentation tools are desirable.
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare lifecycle.
Preferred
- Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation experience.
- Experience in global finance transformation programs.
- Experience managing coexistence architectures.
