Your role in our mission

  • Drives the delivery of solutions within functional area(s) to support internal and external customers andworks closely with delivery teams and product leaders to drive cross-functional solutions.
  • Driving new implementations and solutions that deliver strong value, considering financial model,competitive environment and future landscape.
  • Serves as the internal and external evangelist for assigned product offering/s.
  • Manages the product delivery & implementation support from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported byon-going visits to customers and non-customers as needed.


What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Care Management and/or Healthcare Industry.
  • Hands-On experience working with Essette Platform
  • Demonstrated success building, defining and launching products and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to write product requirements, define user personas and use scenarios for internal and externalclients

  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)

The pay range for this position is $103,300.00 - $147,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
