Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise EDI/B2B integration solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of EDI solutions, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Define integration patterns and standards for EDI, B2B, API, file-based, and application integrations.
Design and manage EDI transaction flows using standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
Work with EDI communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP/FTPS, and HTTPS.
Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate EDI tools and integration platforms.
Develop and maintain partner-specific EDI maps, transformations, validations, acknowledgements, and routing rules.
Integrate EDI platforms with ERP, CRM, supply-chain, warehouse, finance, and other enterprise applications.
Establish reusable integration frameworks, architecture standards, and technical best practices.
Troubleshoot complex EDI failures, transmission issues, mapping errors, and partner connectivity problems.
Monitor EDI interfaces and ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance.
Lead onboarding of new customers, suppliers, and trading partners.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor integration/EDI developers.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and integration standards.
Prepare and maintain solution architecture documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, and operational runbooks.
Support production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
