Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC
Consultant/Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The candidate will be responsible
for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting GRC solutions while
working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow GRC applications based on business requirements.
• Work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and related GRC modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Configure risk assessments, controls, policies, indicators, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain GRC dashboards and reports.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong GRC experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM.
• Experience with:
  • Risk Management
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Audit Management
  • Advanced Risk Management
  • Controls and Risk Assessments
  • GRC workflows
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, roles, security, and data model.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
• ServiceNow IRM/GRC certification is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, or similar is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field preferred.
