Job Title: Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Experience: 8–14 Years
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
10+ years of experience with Kofax/Tungsten Automation.
5+ years of experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
10+ years of experience with Kofax Capture.
5+ years of experience with Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM).
8+ years of .NET development experience.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, REST APIs, and Web Services.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, AWS Cloud, OCR, and enterprise document processing platforms.
Hands-on experience configuring OCR/ICR engines and implementing document classification and extraction.
Knowledge of format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, table extraction, knowledge bases, and validation rules.
Experience with AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and document capture solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA).
Develop business processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Configure, maintain, and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments.
Implement document classification, data extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
Develop REST API integrations with ECM platforms, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Lead code reviews, technical estimations, mentoring, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
Drive solution architecture, technical discussions, and collaboration with business and client teams.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
Strong architecture and solution design expertise.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Banking and Insurance domain experience.
Kofax/Tungsten certifications preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
