About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Integration Engineer to join our Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Business Systems team. This team drives world-class supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations through robust IT architecture, cloud data platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integration pipelines that connect systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, Windchill PLM, Salesforce, and Snowflake, powering intelligent, automated supply chain workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, planning, engineering, and IT, enabling data-driven operations at scale.
What You'll Do: - Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Snowflake.
- Translate complex supply chain and manufacturing workflows into scalable, reusable technical solutions.
- Lead system integration projects across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality data flow and operational reliability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for logging, error handling, and solution governance.
- Support AI-enabled workflows by maintaining clean, reliable data pipelines for forecasting, compliance, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration & data services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
- Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Airflow, and Python.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems: SAP ERP, Blue Yonder, Windchill PLM, Salesforce, Workday.
- Strong foundation in API design (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment, delivering high-quality results.
Preferred / Standout Skills: - Microsoft Azure certifications (Data Engineer, Integration Services, Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or other AI/ML-integrated platforms.
- Knowledge of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing supply chains (NPI, BOM management, demand forecasting).
- Experience in a COE/platform engineering model, building shared integration services.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks or LLM-integrated workflow automation.
