- Apply AI-driven analytics to operational and business data, enabling Copilot-based insights for areas such as demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, quality trends, and cost analysis.
- Leverage AI to support data analytics solutions, including automated analysis, insight generation, and decision support across enterprise datasets.
- Translate manufacturing and business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, technical designs, and scalable implementation plans.
- Integrate Copilot and AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP (e.g., JDE), supply chain systems, data warehouses, and collaboration tools.
- Support automation use cases including reporting automation, exception management, root-cause analysis, SOP assistance, and knowledge retrieval across global teams.
- Evaluate and incorporate additional AI and LLM-based toolsets when Copilot is not the optimal solution.
- Monitor, measure, and continuously refine AI automations to ensure reliability, accuracy, and measurable business impact.
- Contribute to enterprise standards for AI governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI use.
Required Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and autonomous workflow design.
- Proven ability to analyze, interrogate, and automate complex business processes, particularly in manufacturing or supply chain contexts.
- Experience using AI with data analytics solutions.
- Experience using AI for data analytics, reporting, insight generation, or decision support.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with business function leaders to define requirements, develop AI use cases, and deliver outcomes.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have - Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, supply chain planning, quality, or production systems.
- Background in process engineering, continuous improvement, digital transformation, or intelligent automation.
- Experience with additional AI platforms or LLM ecosystems beyond Microsoft Copilot.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and data stewardship in global enterprises.
