One of our clients is urgently looking for a Workato Middleware Support Engineer (AMS).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Workato Middleware Support Engineer with experience in Application Management Services (AMS) to provide production support for Workato integrations. The resource will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving integration issues, and ensuring the stable operation of the Workato middleware platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workato, API integrations, incident management, and production support in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide AMS/production support for the Workato middleware platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration and API-related issues.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with application and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain system stability and support ongoing enhancements as required.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Workato integration platform.
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or production support.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware integration concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
