Description

• Lead strategic financial crime compliance initiatives for a global investment bank.
• Define and implement crypto financial crime operating models and data architecture.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across compliance, financial crime operations, data, and technology functions.
• Develop and optimize transaction monitoring frameworks and detection scenarios.
• Design blockchain intelligence and analytics solutions.
• Define end-to-end data flows and integration architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams for scalable implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target operating models for crypto AML and sanctions investigations.
• Advise stakeholders on crypto financial crime risks and governance.
• Design workflows for alert generation, triage, and case management.
• Lead workshops with compliance and technology stakeholders.
• Drive requirements definition and solution design.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, AML, KYC, or transaction monitoring.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in crypto AML and blockchain risk management.
• Deep understanding of crypto compliance controls within global banking environments.
• Experience with blockchain intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial crime data models and counterparty intelligence concepts.
