IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and platform integrations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Apply both predictive and agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery
* Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for executive visibility
* Serve as a technical liaison, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and technical execution
* Accountable for delivering projects that achieve defined business and technical KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
* 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on technical delivery
* Deep understanding or hands-on experience with infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and cybersecurity projects
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
