Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design and deliver enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution. The role emphasizes Snowflake integrations, SSIS support, and .NET development with C# and Blazor, with ownership of performance, scalability, and technical leadership in an Agile environment. The team values reliability, office attendance, and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions. Familiarity with AI-assisted development is expected.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
Build and support data integration workflows and ensure data quality and consistency.
Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and integrate applications with data platforms and APIs.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues across environments.
Design integration patterns including batch, real-time, and API-driven approaches.
Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce secure coding and data governance.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support production systems and optimize performance.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

8+ years of development experience with a data and integration focus.
Expertise in Snowflake and strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Prior SSIS experience with ability to support existing environments.
5+ years of C#, .NET, and Blazor or transferable modern UI experience.
5+ years of ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
5+ years of Microsoft Azure development including Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, Repos, and Pipelines.
Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
Proven leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred: Azure Data Factory or similar tools, and GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
