Title / Position: Vulnerability Management Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

• Hybrid allowance: 4x/week onsite, 1/week remote

Contract Duration: Through EOY, likely to extend

Requirements:

Advanced Excel

V-look ups, X-look ups, sum ifs, pivot tables, etc.

Data analysis experience

Looking at anomalies, trends

Visualization experience

Nice-to-Haves

PowerBI

Not currently utilizing, but would be interested in someone who can make data easier to consume

Job Description: This Vulnerability Management Analyst will work to export data from this client's vulnerability management tool to find trends and anomalies in data. The goal is that the data is used to keep IT security teams responsible for reacting (i.e. patching) on track and aware of security trends that are occurring. The ideal candidate has a background in IT to understand the issues being analyzed, but a passion in data to solve problems through numbers. PowerBI is a nice-to-have as the team is currently relying on data visualizations through Excel.
