The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a skilled Service Engineer Technician to support premier automated manufacturing operations. This key role provides direct hands-on oversight of cutting-edge, multi-million-dollar automated machinery utilizing advanced robotics. StaffRight Associates is recruiting top-tier technical talent on behalf of our client to ensure seamless equipment uptime, routine maintenance, and operational excellence. Required 3rd shift to start.

What You'll Do

  • Execute comprehensive maintenance, corrective repairs, and technical upgrades across highly automated robotic production lines.

  • Diagnose complex electro-mechanical disruptions and system faults to sustain continuous operational performance.

  • Partner with facility engineering teams to isolate root causes in mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control architectures.

  • Complete an all-expenses-paid corporate onboarding program to master specialized equipment systems prior to shift assignment.

  • Maximize line productivity through rigorous troubleshooting, preventative care, and component adjustments.

What You Bring

  • Solid background in Mechanical Repair, Electrical Repair, Electronics Repair, and Automated Equipment Diagnostics.

  • Familiarity with Controls Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, Software Concepts, or Robotics.

  • Hands-on exposure to industrial automation platforms, such as Pick And Place Equipment, Assembly Automation, or Packaging Machinery.

  • Alternatively, direct experience in Military Maintenance across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or Space Force with core electro-mechanical skills.

  • Specialized background in Avionics combined with demonstrated personal mechanical aptitude (such as vehicle restoration) is also highly applicable.

  • Proficiency in English with eligibility for full-time, on-site employment; relocation support is provided.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Annual base salary range of $55,000 to $90,000.

  • Overtime compensation and shift differential pay for non-standard schedules.

  • Fully paid two-month training at corporate headquarters with all expenses covered.

  • Relocation assistance.
