Hi,
Greetings from Uniqsoft INC!!!
We have "Junior Appian developer" Open positions at "Remote" - Long term Contract position.
Job Title: Junior Appian developer
Location: Remote
Position type: Long term Contract
Job Description:-
Junior Appian developer role to support active Appian application delivery, build and modify components under architect oversight, and professionalism and communication matter. This is not a training role and not a generic low‑code position, therefore, I’d expect we’d look for the following:
We are targeting candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands‑on Appian experience who have participated in at least one real Appian implementation (client or internal delivery) and are comfortable taking direction from a senior developer or architect. Infinity Global expect contributors who can be productive quickly. Brand‑new Appian developers increase delivery risk and oversight cost, which we want to avoid on this engagement.
- Preferred candidates will have an Appian Associate Developer certification. A Senior Developer certification is a plus but not required. Infinity Global values structured delivery teams, so certification signals baseline Appian competency and reduces client concern about junior staffing.
- Candidates should be able to independently handle basic Appian delivery tasks, including:
· Process models and workflows
· SAIL interfaces (forms, grids, expressions)
· Record types and simple data modeling
· Basic integrations (REST, data sources)
· Troubleshooting and debugging before escalation
These are the exact tasks this role will perform on the Infinity Global project. If a candidate cannot do these without constant guidance, the role will not likely be successful.
- Let’s avoid submitting candidates who only have Appian training or Community Edition exposure, are generic low‑code developers without Appian‑specific delivery experience or are priced like mid‑level or senior consultants without matching experience. Infinity Global is paying for real Appian delivery capability, not potential or general low‑code familiarity.
When discussing the opportunity, I’d suggest that we:
- Hands‑on Appian delivery experience, working under experienced Appian architects, and an opportunity to deepen Appian platform expertise on a real program.
- Target 1 to 3 years of real Appian project experience
- Prefer Associate Developer certification
- Able to work independently at a junior Appian delivery level
- Avoid submitting Appian‑training‑only profiles
- Avoid submitting generic low‑code backgrounds
