We are helping a long-term privately held client with the recruiting of a talented and experienced Business Objects Developer. This is a full-time, fully-remote, non-consulting role.
This a unique opportunity to make significant contributions across all functional areas of a business that runs SAP S/4. You will get daily opportunities to help business leaders make the most of their data in order to reach their business goals, be hands-on with reporting and analytics and solutions, imagining completely new solutions, and creating complex analysis dashboards and reports.
In this role, you will:
- Develop comprehensive business knowledge across all operational areas so you can deliver targeted solutions that drive business value.
- Spearhead reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through full implementation, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Stay current with evolving SAP reporting technologies and S/4HANA capabilities to leverage innovative solutions.
- Oversee project closure and facilitate smooth handoffs to business stakeholders, ensuring sustained success post-launch.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum three years of professional reporting experience
- Hands-on expertise with SAP reporting and deep understanding of backend table structures
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete reporting pipeline: SAP data extraction through data warehouse management, universe design, SAC dashboard development, and Web Intelligence report creation (BODS Designer is required, SAC and WEBi are helpful but not required)
- Advanced SQL proficiency, with demonstrated expertise in SQL Server or similar relational databases
