Workday Recruiting Consultant - (HiredScore & Paradox Integration) for Chicago, IL onsite job

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Workday Recruiting Consultant with hands-on experience integrating HiredScore and Paradox to enhance our recruitment technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will support configuration, integration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Recruiting (requisitions, job postings, candidate workflows, offers).
• Lead integration and testing of HiredScore (candidate scoring, rediscovery, requisition sync).
• Implement and support Paradox AI chatbot integrations (screening, scheduling, candidate engagement).
• Collaborate with technical teams on Workday APIs, security, and data mapping.
• Troubleshoot issues, run testing cycles, and maintain documentation.

Preferred/Mandatory requirement

• Workday Certification in Recruiting. With Integration experience with HiredScore & Paradox.
• Experience in Workday Studio or integration middlewar
