End-User Computing Manager

We are seeking an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead and oversee enterprise desktop infrastructure, virtual environments, and collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of Citrix, SCCM, VDI environments, desktop applications, and Office 365 collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise combined with proven leadership experience in managing end-user computing teams and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of Citrix environments, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and published applications.
• Oversee Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for device management, patching, imaging, and software distribution.
• Manage enterprise virtual desktop imaging (VDI) platforms and endpoint configurations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of desktop applications and end-user systems.
• Support and optimize video teleconferencing platforms and associated collaboration technologies.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and licensing management.
• Develop and enforce end-user computing standards, policies, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor technical staff, providing direction, performance management, and professional development.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing compliance, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis for EUC-related issues.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise IT governance standards.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited institution
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
