SAP MM Consultant - Austin, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and preferred experience in SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, SAP MM configuration, Ariba integration, procurement solutions, and functional support. The consultant will collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions in SAP ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on SAP MM processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
Configure and support Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Receipt (IR), Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), Pricing, Inventory, and Vendor Management.
Implement and support SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, and Procurement solutions.
Configure and support Ariba Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs, Approvals, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, and Supply Chain Collaboration.
Integrate SAP MM with SAP Ariba using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and Ariba Network.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP MM and Ariba system settings.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills:
8 10 years of SAP MM experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP Materials Management (MM).
Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience with Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Receipt (IR), Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), Pricing, Inventory, and Vendor Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (minimum one module).
Experience with Guided Buying.
Experience with Buying & Invoicing.
Experience with Catalog Management.
Experience with Approval Workflows.
Experience with Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP).
Experience with Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
Experience integrating SAP MM with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Understanding of Ariba Network.
Experience with S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration.
Strong functional configuration experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing multiple SAP Ariba modules.
Experience in enterprise procurement and supply chain environments.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
Experience supporting end-to-end procurement transformations.
Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
