Senior Process Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Cupertino, CA that is seeking a Senior Process Architect.

Responsibilities:
* Assess current battery test lab workflows and identify areas for process optimization
* Map existing processes and conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies
* Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including mistake-proofing and bottleneck analysis
* Lead and support any solution proof-of-concepts to understand feasibility of PI as well as scalability readiness; recommend scalability timeline for solutions that are ready for broader deployment
* Document revised workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Monitor and report on process improvement KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
* Facilitate cross-lab collaboration to standardize testing protocols and best practices
* Conduct regular alignment meetings among U.S. lab teams to ensure consistency in operations
* Review and harmonize equipment utilization and maintenance schedules across facilities
* Evaluate opportunities for automating manual and repetitive testing procedures using computerized systems or robotic automation
* Develop technical specifications for automation solutions and oversee proof-of-concept trials
* Implement automation tools and monitor their impact on throughput and data quality
* Design and deploy digital solutions for real-time monitoring and reporting of lab activities
* Integrate data management systems to enhance visibility of project progress and metrics
* Support dashboard creation for executive reporting and decision-making
* Perform warehouse inventory assessments and implement inventory management improvements
* Optimize equipment lifecycle management, including procurement, maintenance, and retirement planning

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
