Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other departments to design and implement solutions.
Conduct testing and validation of new systems or updates to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Create user documentation, training materials, and system manuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure IT projects align with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 - 5 years of experience in an IT Analyst or related role.
Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, Jira, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Consultant must be residing in the US.
