Summary

Responsible for administration, support, and governance of enterprise personal cloud storage.

Required Skillset:

Administer and support enterprise environments including provisioning, storage quotas, and sync policies
Manage file migration from network drives, NAS, and legacy storage platforms into OneDrive
Configure sharing policies, external collaboration controls, and secure file access
Troubleshoot sync client, permissions, versioning, and file recovery issues
Implement security controls including DLP, encryption, conditional access, and ransomware recovery
Experience with PowerShell, endpoint management, and user adoption support
